Pitch | Parallel Ball Lines | 3 Landing Zones

Drill Summary:

Up to 5 players compete to stop a pitch shot inside the landing zone(s). The player with the most points at the end wins the challenge. Up to 80 balls are needed.

How to Set Up?
Step-by-Step Instructions:

How to practice? Make 4 parallel ball lines; each line must have 5 balls per player (5 players=25 balls per line); lines are [5 y/m apart], and balls are [1 ft | 0.3 m apart]. Place the lines on any type of grass (same grass or mix), anywhere between 30 y/m and 60 y/m from the hole (not the green). On the green, use alignment sticks, clubs, or string lines to form 3 landing zones [6 ft | 2 m] apart. Players randomly select a line to start from and randomly select the landing zone to land a pitch shot to. Each player hits every 5th ball in the line until all balls are hit, then jumps to any other line of balls and chooses a different landing zone. Each ball that lands in the zone wins a point. The player with the most points at the end of all pitch shots wins the challenge. Repeat the challenge at least two to three times.
