Pick a flag/target suitable for wedges (LW, SW, GW and/or PW). Hit one bucket of ~50 balls using wedges only – focusing solely on ‘impact and follow through’. Work on at most two ‘impact and follow through’ thoughts or tasks to produce any displayed ball flight. Switch between wedges throughout the exercise.
